These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Appointry website (appointry.com) and the Appointry platform — a WhatsApp-based business management service. By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Appointry is operated by Appointry ("we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Appointry.
- If you are using Appointry on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
- You must provide accurate information when registering or joining our waitlist.
Description of Services
Appointry is a WhatsApp-based platform that enables businesses to manage customer interactions, orders, catalogs, and automated messaging through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Our services include:
- WhatsApp message management and auto-replies
- Digital product and service catalog management
- Order and booking processing
- Customer broadcast and campaign tools
- Order tracking and status notifications
- Analytics and business reporting
Services may change as we develop our platform. We will notify users of significant changes.
WhatsApp & Meta Platform Compliance
Appointry operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. By using our services, you also agree to comply with:
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WhatsApp through Appointry complies with these policies. Violations may result in restrictions on your WhatsApp Business Account by Meta, for which Appointry is not liable.
Your Responsibilities
As a user of Appointry, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
- Obtain proper consent from your customers before sending them WhatsApp messages
- Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates WhatsApp policies
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized persons
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in your country of operation
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or misuse the Appointry platform
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Appointry website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Appointry and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform (such as product images, menus, and business information). By uploading content, you grant Appointry a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content solely to provide our services.
Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Appointry if:
- You violate these Terms or any applicable policies
- Your use of the platform results in WhatsApp policy violations or Meta account restrictions
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- You fail to pay any applicable fees (once the platform launches)
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy, and you may request deletion by contacting us.
Limitation of Liability
Appointry is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta or WhatsApp that may affect your WhatsApp Business Account, including restrictions, suspensions, or policy changes to the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Appointry harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of WhatsApp or Meta policies, or (d) any content you upload or messages you send through the platform.
Pricing & Payments
Appointry is currently in pre-launch. Pricing details will be published before the platform becomes generally available. Early access users who join our waitlist may receive special introductory pricing. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any pricing changes take effect for existing users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Appointry will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Appointry is registered.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Appointry after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
